Carol Winell – President & C.E.O.
For over 18 years, Mrs. Winell has pioneered and managed innovative remediation solutions designed to recover NAPL product from soil and groundwater.
Since, 2000, Mrs. Winell has acted as the President and C.E.O. of G.E.O. Inc. During this time she has developed C3 Technology and
has developed SVE and MPE systems specifically designed for use at sites with high concentrations of recalcitrant compounds and DNAPLs. Mrs.
Winell completed a Bachelors in Biological Sciences at the University of California Irvine in 1979.

Brian Krumbholz – Vice President, Engineering
Mr. Krumbholz provides mechanical and electrical engineering management for the design and manufacturing of
G.E.O. VES systems. Mr. Krumbholz also provides leadership in research and development for next generation products,
and is the technical lead for design modifications requested by clients. Mr. Krumbholz completed a Bachelors in Electrical
Engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2004.

Michelle Geckeler, RN, BSN – Executive Director
Mrs. Geckeler manages all aspects of operational / occupational health and safety at G.E.O. Inc. Mrs.
Geckeler also provides leadership in business administration and human resources management. Mrs. Geckeler is a
Registered Nurse and completed a Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Mount St. Mary’s College in 2001.
